| CAPABILITIES |
- Prior experience in a competitive, outside B2B sales environment, preferably 1-2 years experience.
- Excellent organizational, prospecting/canvassing and closing skills; you must be a very activity-focused individual.
- A strong working knowledge of the sales process and a focus on customer satisfaction (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs).
- Self-starters with a good work ethic, self-discipline, organized, persistence, the ability to work independently or as a team with good time-management skills.
- Professional presentation skills, as well as excellent problem solving abilities.
- Good analytical / Basic Math skills.
- The commission-focused sales professional with aspirations of uncapped earning potential generally is the most successful.
